Documents required for Individuals and HUF

Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Central Public Sector Undertaking or State Public Sector Undertaking; or h. Note:
– In case of minor, the proof of identity of parents can act as proof of identity as well as the address for the minor applicant.
– And, in the case of HUF, an affidavit made by the Karta of the HUF stating name, father’s name, and address of all the coparceners on the date of application and copy of any of the above documents in the name of Karta of HUF is essential for proof of identity, address and date of birth.

Foreign Citizen located within / outside India at the time of application for PAN

For categories other than Individuals & HUF
Other categories are firm, BOI, AOI, AOP (Trust), Local Authority, Company, Limited Liability Partnership, Artificial Juridical PersonList of documents which are acceptable as proof of identity and address for applicants other than individual and HUF is as below:
1. Having office of their own in India:
